When you’re experiencing a mental health problem, supportive and reliable information can change your life. We’re here to listen, give you support and advice.

Understanding Anxiety

Mental health includes how we feel, think, behave and act and therefore is an integral part of your overall general health and well-being. Contact us for more info.

Mental Health First Aid Advice

Our Mental Health advisors offer practical advice about issues relating to mental health. If you’re facing barriers which are impacting you in any way, we may be able to help.

Debt Management

Whilst many organisations offer services to manage the paperwork and practicalities of debt, not all can help with the emotional support required during this difficult time and there after.

Understanding Depression

Depression has a vast range of symptoms and many forms of treatment are available. The Wellbeing Co offers help to understand the ways you can help yourself and what friends and family can do to help.

Sleep Hygiene

One of the most important sleep hygiene practices is to spend the appropriate amount of time in quality sleep to help achieve a healthy balance and optimise your daytime alertness.

Stress Management

Stress Management is all about taking charge of your lifestyle, thoughts, emotions and the way you deal with day to day problems. We can help you to manage such emotions and promote wellbeing.

Pre & Post Natal Exercise Classes

It is normal to have periods of worry and stress when pregnant or post-pregnancy. Physical exercise can help your body and mind to tackle these emotions and promote better wellbeing.

Tree Of Life Narrative Therapy

This approach enables vulnerable children, adolescents and adults of all ages to speak about their lives in ways that are not traumatising but instead a way to build confidence and strength.

Seeking help is often the first step towards getting and staying well. It’s common to feel unsure and to wonder whether you should try to handle things on your own.

Our clients include all ages from 16 years plus and cultures, everyone who makes up our diverse community within London. We accept self-referrals.
